I’m Laura Paez Crow. My middle name is hispanic, as I am a quarter Mexican. I am a student and a teacher, a writer and a reader, an artist and an aficionado, an expert and a novice. I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge and information, am constantly seeking new innovations and discoveries. This takes the form of new music, the newest technology, interesting artists (installation art especially), new restaurants and recipes, and new people. My blog may seem kind of random and that is precisely because it is. I have so many passions and interests that it is difficult for me to focus on one singular aspect of the world.
I am interested in branding and product development. I have almost completed my BS in Advertising from the University of Colorado School of Journalism and Mass Communication, with honors. I have a solid network in the Boulder and Denver area, and hope to pursue my passion for innovation after college. My dream job is doing product development and innovation with Nike, as I am continually inspired by work done in Nike stores around the world and Nike advertisements.

My middle name is Hispanic, too, and I am .50 Mexican. Living in a Central American country, with a city the name of which most people gape at, I am enjoying bringing some 15 children “up in the way they should go”, which is somewhat to say, exposed to diluted advertising and media from the United States which makes it onto YouTube and other random sites; these sites have to be stron enough to make it through the barrier “We can see that you are in an area which is not within the United States or its territories. Due to international agreements, we cannot show you the material you requested.”
This week we are all too aware of the tremendous cold enveloping the greater United States and hope everyone is safe and just hanging out but not stressing out at one-thirty in the morning…why am I? Actually it’s 2:25…oh, then it’s only about an hour and a half until I usually get up.
Thanks Astrotiser for including me in your bloog. How do I get back here later, given the above restriction?
