Fallon- The White Rabbit

Fallon found a way to integrate Alice and Wonderland into the modern “world,” i.e. the internet. Their White Rabbit bounded in and out of webpages, creating “holes” in the pages that people could click on to follow the rabbit, leading them to faux sites and eventually to the page on the SyFy website that corresponded with the coming show “Alice,” a modern day interpretation of the old story. I love the though of a modern day AIW because the entire notion is so bizarre and surreal, haunting and full of unanswered questions.

Here’s what they did:

Mindful of the mask character from V for vendetta, “The King,” and also kind of the Sony Bravia Rabbits (because they used rabbits but also trying to generate buzz around a product via event marketing in NYC):

Also done by Fallon, I think the following Cadillac commercials are great. I usually hate car commercials and don’t really pay attention to them because they all tend to say relatively the same thing to me, but these are beautifully done and represent a solid point of differentiation that consumers can really buy into. I also really enjoy the color palette of these commercials:

“Luxury with Lightening in its veins… Derivative of nothing… This is why we don’t just make luxury cars, we make Cadillacs.”
